Beauty and the Beast

In light of recent news, i decided to post my casting for the live action remake of the Disney classic Beauty and the beast. Funny enough, i had come up with this long before maleficent was even made into a movie, but i still stand by my casting choices. i think it would be great.

Fullmetal Alchemist Fancast

Well I guess it's about time I get this up here... so for all those fans of fullmetal alchemist, I do want to say a few things first. Seeing as the cast is HUGE, I really wouldn't expect so many big name actors, but for fun I put them anyways. so essentially this is a big name actor fancast for FMA. it's pretty straight forward. let me know what you think!

Recently I have been busy working on two more fancasts. Dragonball z and Fullmetal Alchemist. I've been a little busy lately so I haven't gotten very far, but soon enough they will be up here. Wish me luck!

The Jetsons Fancast

So I thought it would be great to get this going again. I figure if they are going to make all the other weird old shows, they could at least do the good old shows. This is how I would cast the Jetsons. the lady at the bottom right by the way is who did the voice of Glados in Portal 2. Enjoy!

Batman Fancast

Alright! So this is it! My Batman (Nolan) Universe! So I kept all the actors from the movies, but then I went from their, building out in my mind where the story could have gone. And personally, even if they did ever make more movies, there are still some characters I would leave out. But anyways I'm going to put a few comments between each of these pictures for reference. Enjoy, and Comment!

Ok so this first picture had our basic cast of where we left off, so I won't comment much here, but yes Christian Bale would still be Batman.

Now, I think most of us agree officer Blake would go on to become Nightwing or something right? ok so the only kind of new thing here is Barbara Gordon, who I picture coming into the story because (Gordon's wife left with the kids because of all the crap going on) she has come back to Gotham to take care of her father, Gordon, who has fallen ill and dies etc. Yes, Gordon dies! It's a progressive story right? People have to move on. Although personally he's a boss and I'd hate to see him go...

Ok, once again these are all familiar faces, by the way, I think it's funny how everybody makes pictures with "all" the villains from the movies, but they always leave out Thalia... weird... oh well. Also, I was really disappointed to find out that Two Face actually died... I kind of wish they would have somehow brought him back...

Ok, now on to some new stuff! Obviously Heath Ledger would still have to be the Joker. I know, it's very sad about his death, but we need this Joker! I picture him with Ellen Page as his Harley Quinn. Killer Croc is an interesting fellow. Originally I had cast Sam Worthington, but I saw a comic that made him a heck of a lot more human (basically a big mean looking black guy with slightly scaly skin) and I figured if he were to ever truly fit into the Nolan-verse, he couldn't be a giant lizard so much as a huge black guy with some weird skin/teeth deformities. As for Man-bat, well I don't really see him every really working out like this, but I figured Geoffrey Rush was a good actor and would fit the part pretty good so I did him anyways. As for where they would fit into the story, I figure Joker meets both Harley and Croc in Arkham, since that is his present location at the end of the series, and that they escape together on the basis that the Joker now knows that Batman is still alive (I'll explain a little more on this later) And it would follow a similar story to The Dark Knight Returns story with Joker Killing himself at the end.

Ok new faces. Ralph Fiennes as Freeze would just be epic. I picture him a little different than the comics, in the sense that he wouldn't hold his freeze gun (I've always hated that about him holding it and yet it's attached to his back) instead I might change a little, say he lost his arm due to frost bite in the same accident that nearly killed his wife, who then was put into a cryo-sleep, as well as causing serious trauma to his lungs and skin. He then builds himself an apparatus to protect himself, which includes a robotic "arm" that has the freeze gun built into it. As for the others, I picture Mad Hatter kind of like in the Arkham City game and yeah. as for him and the others there is not much story wise yet, but I like the story of Clayface in the "The Batman" series how he's a cop and Bruce's friend etc, only how to make that fit with the Nolan-verse I don't know yet... Freeze to me is the most likely candidate that I would include.

Alright, Last but not least, we have these guys! First off, Poison Ivy would in my opinion, be important to the progression of the story because now we have Nightwing. I figure it would be hard to give her plant powers, but maybe she is a scientist/assassin who seduces people and then kills them by injecting them (kiss of death) with deadly plant chemicals? I know it's kind of a weird interpretation, but that is the best I came up with so far... Penguin would be key to the continuation of the story. I figure with the downfall of Wayne enterprises, rise of the Cobblepot! I picture him a Bruce Wayne type with a dark side. He would have some sort of birth defect in his leg, kind of like Dr. House, so he walks with a limp, giving him his famous nickname Penguin. I would have it not always be an umbrella, sometimes a cane, just to change it up a bit. His "cane gun" would not be like how everyone remembers, but imagine a pistol concealed in the handle, that you could remove (kinda like a sword cane) and it would be awesome. Less Tux and more Boss. Basically, black trench coat, slick hair, cigar, thin black tie (bow tie on special occasions) suspenders, and a fedora. As for the eye piece, I would consider maybe something techie like what Catwoman had. but only when fighting and stuff fight? during the day maybe some nice shades... etc. Hugo Strange, basically like in Arkham City. Don't know where to fit him into the story yet... Riddler, basically as in Arkham City, but less purple. And I've got my own design for the cane, more diamond shaped... He would be the reason Joker finds out Batman is still alive.

As for movies, I figure realistically, at the most they could do another trilogy. The first would be Nightwing, Blake, who is residing as a counselor in the Wayne manor home for boys. He receives occasional visits from Alfred, who talks to him about Bruce and being Batman. Gordon now retired deals with his inner struggle with his family. Penguin rising to power, basically a mob boss with a taste for Wayne tech type things. He also is the new leader of a group called the court of owls, who in essence their purpose is to bring control of the city back to the mobs.  He tries to take over what's left of Wayne enterprises and gains access to many of Wayne's technologies which he uses to take control of the city. Blake tries to stop him, and etc. I wanted to try and fit Poison Ivy into this one a well.... but yeah that is about it. It would probably end with at least Penguin dying, maybe by his own court of owls even, and Ivy in Arkham.

Second Movie would be Freeze and Riddler. So I haven't thought this one through much, just that I would introduce Barbara Gordon visiting her father on his deathbed, and getting to know our good friend Nightwing. Also It would have something more to do with Arkham. Probably so that I could introduce Hugo Strange. I would not make Barbara batgirl, but go straight to her ending up in a wheelchair somewhere in the movie and by the end becoming the "oracle". It would probably end with Freeze dying and Riddler going to Arkham. Him now knowing not who batman was, but who he is, meaning he realizes he's still alive.

Third, would be Joker again with Harley and Croc. Basically Croc and Joker have known each other for some time now, and Harley, a new psychology intern at Arkham, gets pulled into their little games. Upon the arrival of Riddler at the asylum, Joker wants out. So he and Croc escape with the help of Harley. Basically they end up terrorizing the city causing chaos everywhere. Nightwing goes to stop them, and ends up captured. With Blake captured, Joker is able to send a message to Bruce, egging him to come back. Bruce, having already seen what the Joker is capable of, and the recent rampage, decides to go, because now he's the only one who can help. Joker then sets up some sort of thing so that Batman, in order to save the city (supposedly) has to kill the captured Blake. Doesn't work, they escape, and in the final parts, Batman faces off with Joker and paralyzes him, who then snaps his own neck, while Blake faces Croc and nearly dies again. Batman saves him at the last minute, and Croc and Harley both end up back in Arkham.

Apart from these ideas, I think it would be great to see some comics of the Nolan-verse. the story could go on for a long while more if that were the case.

The Fantastic Four Fancast

The Fantastic Four was one of the worst super hero movies I've seen. I feel it could have been so much better. Granted they have said recently they are going to reboot it, which will be nice. But if it were me doing it, this is who I would cast.

And thanks to a guy who has also been doing some recasting, I was finally able to find the perfect pick for Dr. Doom.
